TeamTalk SDK v5.3a released

The TeamTalk SDK v5.3a release updates its dependencies to third party libraries and operating systems:

• WebM (VPX) video codec updated to v1.6.1
• OPUS audio codec updated to v1.2.1
• TeamTalk DLL for Windows requires minimum Windows 7
• TeamTalk DLL for Mac requires minimum macOS 10.9 (Mavericks)
• TeamTalk DLL for Linux updated for Debian 9
