- Exclude third-party libraries from CodeQL C/C++ analysispaths-ignore does not work for compiled languages, so move the CodeQLinit to after the toolchain/externals build and trace only the TeamTalkbuild (TOOLCHAIN_BUILD_EXTERNALPROJECTS=OFF).
