The official TeamTalk servers all have a user called Spambot that kicks users who use racist terms or curse words. This Spambot can now be ordered for owners of TeamTalk Pro Servers so they can get rid of some of the typical spamming.
The way the Spambot works is that you create a user account called “spambot@bearware.dk” an assign this account the user right to kick people. Whenever someone writes a racist term or curse word then the Spambot will kick the user. If the Spambot should join a specific channel then set initial channel on the Spambot’s user account.
Eventually the process for enabling the Spambot will be automated but for now please provide your server details and the Spambot will be activated.
Spambot now supports both English and French. Put “English” into note-field of spambot@bearware.dk‘s user account to have it use English. Put “French” in note to have it use French “bad words”. Put “French,English” to have spambot@bearware.dk use “bad words” from both languages.
